Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Visual Design
    • Conceptualize and create brand identities, marketing collaterals, and digital assets for websites, campaigns, and social platforms.
    • Translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Creative Content Production
    • Design eye-catching social media posts, infographics, ads, decks, and motion graphics.
    • Collaborate with content writers and strategists to bring narratives to life visually.
    • Prepare print-ready designs and digital-ready assets (PDF, AI, SVG, PNG, etc.).
  • Tools & Process
    • Work hands-on with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Canva, and related tools.
    • Manage multiple design projects, maintain organized asset libraries, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Innovation & Trends
    • Keep up with design trends, typography, and UX/UI best practices.
    • Explore AI-powered design tools and creative automation to push the boundaries of visual storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–6 years of professional design experience in agencies, startups, or creative studios.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, social media creatives, and digital campaign work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva; motion graphics/video editing is a plus.
  • Excellent sense of color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate abstract ideas into visuals.
