Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Storytelling
    • Write and edit high-quality articles, blogs, web copy, case studies, press releases, and social media posts.
    • Develop brand-aligned narratives and campaign ideas that engage diverse audiences.
    • Create crisp copy for video scripts, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
  • SEO & AEO Alignment
    • Optimize content for SEO keywords, featured snippets, and AI answer engines.
    • Research and incorporate trending topics to enhance visibility and reach.
  • Collaboration & Consistency
    • Work with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to ensure content consistency across all digital and print platforms.
    • Maintain brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across different mediums.
  • Research & Innovation
    • Conduct deep research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience needs.
    • Experiment with new formats like interactive content, micro-stories, and AI-assisted writing tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of professional writing experience in agencies, startups, or digital brands.
  • Strong command of English grammar and storytelling techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and collaboration tools (Figma, GSuite, Slack).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
